岗位职责：
1. 了解国内外滤器行业的新技术、新工艺，主持滤器产品线的研发工作，向董事长汇报。
2. 负责过滤器壳体、滤芯、相关配件的设计开发，对销售部门及客户提供相关技术支持。
3. 充分理解过滤器市场和客户需求，确定所需要开发的产品，并制定实施开发计划。
4.负责公司滤器产品的整体开发与设计规划。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，材料、机电、机械设计制造、自动化等相关专业；
2、5年以上过滤器及滤芯产品研发相关工作经验，熟悉行业标准，掌握过滤相关产品的原理、应用与加工制造工艺；
3、熟练使用CAD、Pro/E、Solid Works等设计软件，英语可作为工作语言；
4、有机加工/钣金/冲压/模具/焊接/热处理/流体行业等相关工作经验优先考虑。
