Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate daily with EMIT/EMTEC teams in Agile processes, ensuring business perspectives are represented and communicated throughout development.

· Gather and synthesize business requirements for Product Owner through active engagement with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with revenue management objectives.

· Facilitate quarterly stewardship with key business stakeholders.

· Biweekly stewardship of product development with Product Owner.

· Engage sales champions as needed to promote understanding and adoption of new tools and features, addressing questions and feedback proactively.

· Using Azure Dashboards to coordinate testing and validation activities, ensuring business input is captured and communicated effectively.

· Monitor and report on model performance and adoption, providing feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.

· Maintain a working knowledge of COE products and analytical methods to support informed conversations with stakeholders.

Desired Skills

· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and note taking skills

· Microsoft Office Proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Word)

· Basic Azure Dashboard Experience

· Familiarity with project management and Agile principles/workflow

· Good English communication
