Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Support creation team in basic lines – data/consumer/market research
Execute the category direction
Support team on product creation for both inhouse & ODM briefs
Key Responsibilities:
1.Supporting on ACC creation related projects (including Oand follow up on project development with a strong ownership.
2.Understanding of Sports or Fashion industry and Chinese consumer needs in local relevant area & deliver the market /consumer research report.
3.Support all tasks within the given time frames, with special attention to speed to market
4.Supporting market data analyses, draw conclusions and propose action steps
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1.Communication - MOST IMPORTANT! Be able to have the conversation with different functions with clear indications & information delivery- such as DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT/FACTORY/BU. To have smooth x-functional team communication and influence the result towards to the best business relevant area.
2.Strong adaptation & flexibility – be able to embrace a changing world and working environment.
3.Team player – can support team whenever needs.
4.Knowledge & Business sense on product creation – good to have. Good to be working in creation team as Merch/PM assistant
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

1.College degree, preferably in marketing/business /textile/fashion
2.Minimum of 1 years Product Marketing or Merch experience with APP, FTW or ACC background ( this is preferred, but also ok if other industry creation but interest in ACC)
3.Experience in trade, vertical retail business model or sales is helpful
4.Workable in English ( Write & read is must, listen and speak could be half open).
5.EXCEL user – be able to do pivot table & data analysis
