Position : Sales Director Assistant(中智合同)
Brief description of service :
· Support calendar management, expense reimbursement, business trip logistic arrangement for Sales Director.
· Team operation and communication support.
· Compile and organize sales data and track project progress for the business unit.
· Support department management meeting, including drafting presentations (PPT) and internal announcements.
· Coordinate with company functional department to support fields sales managers.
· Event support.
· Other project/tasks assigned.
Skills and qualifications required :
· Minimum of 3 years of administrative/assistant experience, with some experience in data processing.
· Proficiency in English for professional communication ( written and spoken), CET 6 is preferred.
· Excellence communication and coordination skills.
· Fluent excel, power point. analysis software skill.
