职位描述
Job Specification:
1.Handle daily correspondence and telephone calls;
2.Organize and arrange meeting schedules with internal and external parties and prepare meeting materials and minutes as required;
3.Plan and make travel, transportation and accommodation arrangements;
4.Prepare and translate Chinese/English business correspondences and documents as required;
5.Set up and maintain departmental filing system;
6.Assist in preparation of business plan and monitoring of expenditure control for the department.
7.Assist in drafting memo and policies.
Requirement:
1.University graduate or above, preferably with major in English;
2. less than 35 years old;
3. Excellent commend of both written and spoken Chinese and English, at least 1 year of working experience in sizable organizations;conversant in MS office such as Words, Excel and PPT;
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;highly organized and efficient with ability to multi-task and prioritize works; initiative, independent, flexible and attentive to details.
5. Presentable, outgoing and willing to reception customers and business parties.
