1、Collect, log and communicate daily/weekly estimates from growers and regional forecasters for all fruit commodities

2、Allocate and distribute Harvest Orders to Driscoll’s growers by using input from QA, Production, Distribution/Packaging, and supply forecast team.

3、Tracks harvest order compliance by grower and always maintain a
maximum of 10% variance

4、Interact and communicate frequently with internal customers by providing real-time regional updates and compliance with proficient business acumen that includes current/new technology (e.g. Phoenix, Grower WeChat Apps, Aurora,Tableau）

5、Responsible for tracking grower app issues and fixes

6、Actively participates in Harvest Planner calls to share and discuss Harvest Order exceptions relating to fruit availability, supply/demand concerns and possible product quality challenges

7、Records and keeps track of daily estimates and actuals to measure
Harvest Order compliance by commodity

8、Assist growers with tools for better forecasting accuracy

9、Follows established procedures with proactive process improvement in
mind

10、Work closely with the Supply forecast team, Regional Production and
Quality Assurance teams to provide accurate Harvest Order allocations

11、Track packaging availability and planned usage, alerting Supply Planning Team of any interruptions to plan or possible stock out situations in a prompt manner

12、Provides feedback to Regional Production team of previous day’s
Harvest Order compliance results

13、 Uses Microsoft Office Word, Excel and other reporting tools to
communicate effectively in a standardized manner

14、 Communicates to Regional team proactive courses of action to improve
position and Harvest Order effectiveness

15、Responsible for managing activities in collaboration with Master
Planners and Growers to accomplish
planned growth

16、 Performs other duties as directed by supervisor

17、Represents Driscoll’s in an ethical and business-like professional
manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers and the business community at large.

【CANDIDATE PROFILE 】

•3 years of experience minimum with fresh produce handling

•Valid driver’s license.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Ability to design and undertake projects leading to specific insights independently with minimal supervision.

•Ability to balance multiple work assignments, projects and daily operational activities.

•Microsoft Office Skills
