主要职责/Primary Responsibilities:

1、 To identify correct pumps and configurations according to existing pump and make a quote for after-market replacement pump enquiry;

2、To select pumps according to customer operation data and make quote for pre-market enquiry;

3、 To select the requested spare parts and make a quote for after-market spare parts enquiry;

4、To work out technical proposal, package quotation and bidding documents for Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) project;

5、Analysis of cost data to increase quote accuracy while considering overall pricing strategy and market intelligence

6、To work closely with global various business unit to coordinate RFQ and technical issues;

7、Technical communication with the distributors, customers, design institutes across Asia

8、To assist sales and marketing team to conduct technical presentation and training for colleagues and customers

9、Clarify potential delivery times with internal and external interfaces (suppliers).

10、To translate English manual, brochure and presentation to Chinese.

基本要求 / Qualifications Required:

1、 Has 8 years above experience on pump technical support in fluid handling application or design;

2、 Be familiar with costing and know how to price under company policy;

3、 Has the experience with EPC project;

4、 Be familiar with necessary professional tools like Pump selection program, CRM, SAP, etc.

5、 Generic computer Skills: MS Office suite, outlook, etc.

6、 Willing to travel when necessary.
