MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES：

This

individual is responsible for developing and implying global sourcing
strategies and supply-base practices that provide best cost products with good
quality in support of our Category Team objectives.

l Source and identify new suppliers in Pan-Asia to support Category Team objectives for

product development and cost reduction. Support the development and qualification of these new suppliers per company standards.

l Manage the
global sourcing projects for external customers and help expand the product
offerings and grow the business with customers.

l Develop and

implement sourcing tools and practices to identify and deliver cost reduction
opportunities with the supply base.

l Partner with

overseas counterparts to measure, document, and communicate Year-to-Date
results on cost productivity.

l Participate in

defining global sourcing strategy and providing sourcing recommendations to
overseas counterparts.

l Providing

support as directed to resolve operational issues on supplier quality, delivery
and regulatory issues.

REQUIREMENTS & QUOLIFICATIONS:

l Bachelor’s degree

Experience and knowledge with plastic, metal, electronic components

l Experience and

knowledge with Plastic, metal, electronic
components industry would be a plus

l Great

communication and interpersonal skills and good negotiation skills

l Good project

management and problem solving skills

l Good bilingual

language capability in English and Chinese

l Strong

capability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

l Hardworking,

Self-motivated, Result-oriented

l Good knowledge

on quality, logistics, supply chain and MRP etc.

l Team player,

works with others proactively, efficiently and effectively

1. Minimum 1 year experience in Merchandising / Sourcing
2. Good command of written and oral English.
3. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
4. Aptitude towards quantitative tasks and problem solving.
5. Self-starter; able to work independently.
6. Logistics / Sourcing background an asset.
7. Welcomes challenges and able to overcome them as a team.
