主要工作内容：
• 在高度积极的管理团队和充满活力的环境中，能够独立或在指导下开展工作。
• 在安全评估中心（SEC）担任研究病理学家，参与所有临床前研究中与病理学相关的关键活动，进行大体和/或显微镜检查，评估病理学数据，并撰写病理学报告
• 担任主要研究者，负责与病理学相关的活动
• 确保在研究活动中遵守各种良好实验室规范（GLP），遵循标准操作程序（SOP）和方案
• 负责培训病理学家和病理学技术人员
Key Responsibilities:
• Work independently or under supervision in a highly motivated project management team and dynamic environment.
• Function as a Study Pathologist within the Safety Evaluation Center (SEC), attending all key activities of preclinical studies, regarding pathology, performing gross and/or microscopic examination, evaluating pathological data, and writing pathology report
• Function as a Principle Investigator, take responsible for pathology-related activities
• Ensure the compliance various GLPs, comply SOPs and protocol during study activities
• Take responsibility for training pathologists and pathology technicians
任职资格
教育与工作经验：
• 兽医或兽医病理学硕士学位以上学位
• 出色的英文书面和口头沟通能力
• 优秀的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神
• 具备高度独立性和责任感
• 能够开展研究及文献检索
知识 / 技能 / 能力：
• 优秀的口头与书面沟通能力
• 熟练使用 MS Word、Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint 及其他相关软件
• 组织能力强，注重细节，能够适应变化
• 能够在多项目与紧迫的截止期压力下开展工作
• 能够有效地确定工作优先级并应对方向调整
• 具备团队合作精神，并能灵活适应跨时区工作
• 熟悉并遵循符合公司要求的相关法规指南
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
• A Master Degree above in Veterinary medicine or Veterinary pathology
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Mandarin required.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Highly independent with strong accountability.
• Ability to conduct research and perform literature reviews.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changes.
