Achieving the highest possible product quality for the customer in close collaboration with the specialist departments
Expected Delivery from WP5:
Steering and coordination of E/E error management
Organization of meetings/sessions/committees for ticket reviews
Establishment of a reporting system for error management and resolution in a vehicle project
Identification of key issues and measures for error resolution including management of the necessary steps to achieve objectives and timely tracking of relevant error tickets
Management of the departments involved in the error resolution process and escalation in case of deviations from the predefined goal
Communication and follow-up on recommended actions from the E/E error meeting
Ensuring the quality of error tickets
Support the user access modification for Jira project
