在研发经理的领导下，遵循公司既定的工作流程及要求，完成责任项目（或课题）的开发、跟进、分析、汇总，完成责任项目的维护和更新及上级临时分配的任务。

Under the leadership of RD manager, follow the established department procedure and
requirement, complete the RD department daily support work, in charge of
fabrics development and fabrics analysis.

1. 主要责任项目：时尚户外面料的寻样开发，产品维护，环保再生产品的转换和研发经理分配的其它任务；

Support R&D manager finish daily work, including outdoor and fashion
fabrics sourcing, products updating, transferring products and tasks assigned
by R&D manager.

2. 与比利时相关责任人员沟通互动，确认客人的需求；

Communicate with Belgium technical unit and take the demand of Local
unit, check and arrange the result for them.

3. 分析面料结构，根据物性等要求设计实施方案；跟进完成开发并做好相关资料的整理留档。

Analysis the fabric and design the fabric construction

4. 本内部内密切合作，与相关部门做好沟通；

Develop new fabric supplier and propose new quality to the headquarter

5. 及时有效地完成上级交办的其他工作。
