We are a well-known medical device manufacturer in China. Over the years, we strive to offer wide range of high quality and safety medical devices and medical consumable to meet the needs and requirements of the healthcare professionals in China and overseas markets. To cope with the business expansion, we are looking for appropriate candidates to the following positions:

Technical Support Engineer ( Medical Device)

Job Responsibilities

Sustain operational excellence, such as but
not limited to training, troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance
and in-house inspection on designated devices

Determine the solution and tackle technical
problems for customers to maintain service quality

Provide technical support and in-service
training and education to customers and the sales team

Participate in solution design to meet
market/client needs

Support in ad hoc duties assigned by the
managers

Job Requirements

University graduate in Engineering,
Computer Science, Information Technology/System or equivalent

At least have 2-3 years working
experiences, hand-on experience in Electronics Engineering and healthcare
industry is an advantage

Preferable with solid experience in electrical
device, and product knowledge of automation systems or digital technology

Good analytical and problem-solving skill,
self-motivated with good communication skill, presentation skill and able to
work independently

Familiar with MS office and Chinese Word
Processing

Fluency in English and, Other languages is advantageous

Grade A Electrical Work preferred but not a
must

Drver’s license

Overseas study and/or working experience
preferred, but not a must

Work Location: Jiashan, Jiaxing

Basic salary + Performance Bonus, 5 working
days will be offered to suitable
candidate.
