岗位职责：
Conduct research, development, and optimization of AI algorithms relevant to the metallurgical industry, including but not limited to machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision technologies.
-Requirement Analysis: Communicate with business teams, product managers, etc., to clarify the requirements and goals of the AI project.
-Technical Planning: Develop a technical roadmap based on the requirements, selecting appropriate AI algorithms, frameworks, and tools.
-Model Development and Training.
-Research and Innovation.
-Documentation and Knowledge Sharing.
任职要求：
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
-Roficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++, with a solid foundation in algorithms and data structures.
Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), with practical project experience preferred.
-Computer/Programming skill.
-English skill.
