任职要求

1）本科及以上学历，机械、电子、电气、工业工程等工程类专业

2）3年以上工作经验，英语良好优先

3）熟悉 IATF16949、VDA6.3 过程审核流程；熟悉PFEMA、控制计划和其他工艺文件的开发编制；熟悉相关电子装配设备的工作原理和操作使用；

4）了解 QC 质量手法， 能够分析解决产品的失效问题；了解 6 西格玛和精益生产，熟悉汽车电子生产的关键工艺、装备和质量管理手法。掌握SPC、MSA质量工具，可评估过程或设备能力；

5）CAD、SolidWorks、office、IPC-A-610

6）实肯干，以身作则，结果导向，客户至上，能够下沉到生产一线。
