Handle dispute investigation and exercise chargeback on credit / debit card transactions according to rules and regulations laid down by Card Associations to minimize the loss of Bank and cardholders.

The Opportunity:
1. Business service Trainer is responsible for driving training and building knowledge on both dispute procedure and rules of Card schemes, included Union Pay, Visa and Master Card international, and responsible for QC checking for both new onboarding and existing staff.
2. To Ensure coaching to operation staff with study from quality Checking.
3. To Ensure that the Business service has the employee capability to meet the needs of the Business through the delivery classroom training and accreditation solutions for new and existing staff.
4. To work closely with the Operations team to identify training requirements based on the output of ongoing quality control, provide ongoing monitoring and support as Business needs.

What you' ll do:
1. Basic analytical experience.
2. Experience in business and process analysis / optimization, change initiatives & re-engineering.
3. Data driven analysis, i.e. RPHs and SUT, Design and refine the process.
4. Project led focus, intaking stakeholder's comment and come up streamline idea, close the gap.
5. Produce outputs.
6. Champions the benefits and utilization of Agile delivery encouraging the appropriate deployment.
7. Supporting and coordinating with relevant teams to meet requirement and timelines.

1. Strong EXCEL & PPT skillset.
2. Continuously look for innovative ways to improve business outcomes and add value to customers / stakeholders / colleagues.
3. Strong organizational, time management and planning skills in order to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities.
4. Smooth English communications and business written.
