岗位职责:
HSBC Commercial Banking serves millions of small, medium-sized and middle-market enterprises, providing commercial customers with a full range of banking services including multi-currency business accounts, payments and cash management, wealth management and insurance, and global trade and receivables finance, as well as a comprehensive range of financing solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1. Drive and coordinate the execution of China Outbound and Belt and Road initiative, including strategy paper, initiatives formulation, drive actions and track the deliverables.
2. Drive the in-country execution of the Group's BRI strategy to drive revenue and achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
3. Formulate/review customer account strategies and liaise with Clusters/Branches assigning prospects and opportunities to GRMs / ISB / BB RMs.
4. Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms that monitor execution of the Belt and Road strategy.
5. Interpret and communicate latest the Belt and Road developments and regulations
6. Participate in the meetings with major/high level BRI clients as required, in order to provide guidance, resolve any issues, and facilitate smooth operations and services with these clients, thus building loyalty and client satisfaction
7. Establish the agenda for internal education and external marketing.
8. Deepen customer relationships through championing business co-operation with key stakeholders including Global Business, Global Products and Global Functions, to contribute to BRI strategy.
1. University graduate or above.
2. 4-5 years relevant experience in CMB.
3. Frontline experience, in managing CMB corporate clients.
4. Good understanding and knowledge of how a GRM role is conducted - working with HSBC group markets.
5. Experience working with senior stakeholders in a global environment is desirable.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills applicable through written, spoken, workshops and presentation channels.
7. Robust analytical and interpretation skills over dynamic market and regulatory changes.
8. Language skills in spoken and written Mandarin; fluent spoken and written English.
