1.1. 牵头公司各类项目的前期可行性研究、申报审批及后续验收工作。

1.2. 与政府及相关合作机构建立并维护良好关系，确保项目顺利推进。

2. 境外投资项目手续办理:
2.1. 根据公司规划，参与境外项目的前期考察与调研，了解项目概况。
2.2. 协助项目组备境外投资备案/核准所需资料，并向主管部门申请办理境 外投资相关手续。
2.3 协助财务部门完成外汇登记及资金汇出手续办理。
2.4 根据项目需要，协助境外项目办理其他事项。

1. Major Project Application and Management:
1.1. Responsible for the feasibility studies, reporting and approval procedures, also the subsequent acceptance work of various firm’s projects.

1.2 Establish and maintain good relationships with government bodies and relevant cooperative institutions to ensure smooth project progress.

2. Handling Procedures for Overseas Investment Projects:
2.1. Based on the company's plans, participate in the preliminary investigation and research of overseas projects to understand the overview.
2.2. Assist the project team in preparing the necessary documents for overseas investment filing/approval, and apply to the competent authorities for related procedures.
2.3. Assist the Finance Department in completing the foreign
exchange registration and outward remittance procedures.
2.4. Assist with other related matters for overseas projects as needed.
