• 1-3年相关工作经验，有舆情监测、市场研究、数据分析或媒体监控经验者优先
• 能够在快节奏的工作环境中保持高效和准确。
• 具备责任心和敬业精神，能够独立完成任务并确保工作质量
• 24/7轮班制，确保舆情监测的连续性和及时性

We are seeking dedicated Alerting Analysts. The candidate will be

responsible for providing timely manual alerts to help our clients stay ahead of potential issues. This role requires excellent English proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and escalate potential issues or emerging trends that could impact our clients.


• Provide real-time manual alerts and detailed reports to stakeholders.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Prior experience in manual alert or a similar field is advantageous.

• The ability to work effectively in a 24/7 shift rotation, including weekends and holidays.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.


• Familiar with mainland and overseas media, social media, and monitoring tools.
