岗位职责：

1. 客户服务：包括客户日常沟通，产品设置调整，客户回访，客户关系维护等。

2. 报告分析：根据收集到的客户数据，制作各类定期或不定期的汇总报告，事件报告，深入分析报告等。

3. 销售支持：包括协助销售洽谈客户，协助竞标活动，准备相应监测方案等。

4. 产品运营：包括对内对外的产品使用培训，产品文档整理，宣传资料制作、案例制作，相关翻译工作等

5. 市场调研：包括竞品分析，市场动态追踪，热门行业信息收集，主流媒体动态信息收集等

6. 其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，1年以上工作经验，新闻传播学、英语、统计学等专业优先

2. 娴熟掌握书面中英文；英语口语和普通话流利

3. 沟通交际能力，维护客户关系，较好的服务精神

4. 耐心，细心，对于数据信息具备较好的敏感度与整理能力

This position will have to understand client's business needs and goals, perform media analysis and help deliver reports based on client's needs to meet their business goals.

Working with Sales

1. Work closely with APAC sales team to understand client's business goal and objectives.

2. Develop proposal, scope of work and cost estimates based on client's requirement.

Media analysis

1. Responsible to help with media monitoring and data analytics. Covering client's media exposure, competitor landscape analysis, insights and trends.

2. Perform analysis of historical data, creating standardized dashboards and reports with the use of Cision's proprietary software or Microsoft Office applications.

Reports

1. Responsible to deliver reports based on client's need and help produce insights that helps contributes to meeting client's goal.

2. Ability to cater and meet client's reporting requirement and deadline.

Client Servicing

1. Understanding client's requirement and delivering scope of work based on requirements.

2. Handling of client feedback and queries and able to propose recommendations suitable to meet client's goal.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in the related industry.

2. Experience in the following areas is advantageous:

a. Social media marketing/monitoring

b. Market research and/or data analytics

c. Mainstream media monitoring

3. Degree/ postgraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Communications, Business, English, or other related Social Sciences.

4. Highly proficient in spoken and written English, additional language would be added advantage.

5. Good analytical skill and ability to translate data into meaningful insights
