Primary Responsibilities

主要职责

• Hands on daily goods/material
receiving, sending, transferring, refilling and accounting operation via SAP or
offline system.

日常物料接收、发货、转移、补库、盘点等SAP系统内或线下操作

• Run SAP MRP, PR/demand confirmation. Material
forecast and tracking.

运行并核验SAP MRP 采购需求/物料需求，物料追踪及预测。

• Buildup material reception
procedure and checking rules. Reject wrong/bad material and open quality q-note
accordingly. Sending alert emails to related function teams. Trouble
shoot material related issues to include interaction with the Sourcing/Logistic/Operation
team.

建立物料接收检查流程和规则。错误和损坏物料拒收和处理流程，质量问题记录并与使用方及时沟通产品质量问题。与物流、采购、生产等各部门沟通并组织大家解决相应物料问题。

• Set up standard principles
for material storage, distribution, transfer and refill. Maintain clear and
traceable material inventory records.

建立库房物料存储、分发、转移、补库等基础原则和逻辑。维护准确的、可回溯的库存记录。

• Maintain company inventory target,
draft and run inventory reports, Ensures operational alignment with production
plan and KPIs.

制定和抓取库房存消报告，管理库房各项数据达到公司业绩要求。

• Familiar with all on hand
materials, give solutions to operation when there is a material shortage issue.

熟悉所有库存物料，出现物料相关问题时能给与其他部门相应指导和解决方案。

• Find warehouse management
problems and waste during daily work. Compile the problems into project package
and give improvement solutions. Continuously improve warehouse operation with
lean principle.

从日常工作中发现并总结库房管理问题和浪费，用精益生产的理念将发现的问题打包并给出改进方案，持续推动库房管理不断改进。

• Participate in weekly meeting with global material
team and reports presentation.

参与全球物料团队每周例会并用英语做报告

Qualifications
Required

任职资格

• Bachelor’s
degree or above

大学本科及以上学历

• Fluent
English reading & writing skills.
CET6 >420 or TOELF/IELTS equivalent.

熟练的英文读写能力,CET6大于420分或同等托福雅思水平

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills

较强数据分析整理能力，较强数据敏感性

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills

优秀的沟通、团队协作意识和技巧

• SAP or other ERP system experience, strong office
software capability
