Job Description
The appointee will maintain student records, handle and process student registration documents and academic credentials, plan and organize academic events, including graduation ceremonies and new student orientation, provide counter services, liaise with other departments and internal/external units, and support other administrative duties of the Academic Registry as assigned. He/she may be required to work outside office hours and on weekends.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Good language skills both in Chinese and English
3. At least 5 years’ work experience in the tertiary education sector or a related field. Those with lesser experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Administrative Officer/Senior Administrative Assistant.
4. Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management applications.
5. Candidate should be a competent communicator with a high level of interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; attentive to details; and work well both independently and in groups.
