Job Description
1. Plan, coordinate and execute university promotional campaigns and creative projects.
2. Produce, review and proofread university promotional materials in both Chinese and English, including news reports, print periodicals and booklets, advertorials, social media posts, official website updates, video scripts and others.
3. Plan and oversee the operation of university social media (e.g. Website, WeChat, Weibo, Channels etc.).
4. Deliver the university's achievements, mission and characteristics through corporate communications and public relations initiatives, such as university events, press conferences and exhibitions.
5. Manage PR crises by giving alerts and effectively communicating with the stakeholders when necessary.
6. Assist with the comprehensive management of the Media and Public Relations Office, contributing to policy-making, work procedure, planning, operational efficiency and communication effectiveness.
7. Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
1. A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
2. A minimum of ten years of work experience in a related field, with a demonstrated track record and management experience in marketing, public relations, social media, large-scale event organisation, or related areas.
3. Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
4. Strong strategic thinking capabilities, robust communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to foster teamwork, underscored by a profound sense of responsibility.
5. Familiarity with higher education in the Chinese mainland and experience on branding and marketing in a large-scale enterprise are a plus.

任职要求
1、新闻传播、市场营销、公共关系或相关专业本科或以上学历。
2、十年以上工作经验,具有营销传播、公共关系、社交媒体、大型活动组织等方面的管理经验。
3、优秀的中文、英文书面和口头表达能力。
4、具备强烈的责任感,出色的战略思维、沟通理解和团队协作能力。
5、熟悉中国内地高等教育并有大型企业品牌和营销经验者优先。
