Job responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the all kinds of resources and drive the Eastern CN service team to complete the tools installation/startup/FAT sign off quickly and effectively
2. Develop service and parts sales business.
3. Maintain good relationship with customers in Eastern CN region; timely solve all kinds of customers’ complaints; manage regional customers’ expectation and keep improving customers’ satisfaction to increase company sales and service business.
4. Motivate service team to achieve personal work targets and improve skills.
5. Organize the technical training and share the new products and technologies with teams
6. Drive HQ TS / PDT / QESH departments and service team to solve the existing problems timely.
7. Analyze the various data collected; Drive service team to increase work efficiency and reduce the company's operating costs including spare parts consumption, manpower optimization, etc.
8. Organize the safety training and guidelines regularly ;Supervise team to drive them to comply with rules and regulations and ensure personal safety.
9. Complete other related tasks assigned by the company.
Job requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in front-end semiconductor industries or PV industry.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in team management
3. Strong commercial sense; Excellent problem-solving skills
4. Ability to consistently drive team to meet the goal; Self-motivated and ambitious to achieve high targets
5. Fluent oral and written English skills
6. Proficient software skills in MS Office.
7. Can accept frequent business travelling
8. Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.
