主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:

• 提升工厂的工艺水平及产能，提高生产效率，同时负责UAP的工作协调和标准化作业实施，工程变更管理；Enhance the level of processing technology, improve production efficiency, and responsible for coordination and SW implementing of UAP ,and engineering change management；

主要任务The main missions of the role are:

• 负责减少工艺缺陷，改进工艺条件，维护工艺的稳定性，提高成品率；Responsible for reducing process defects, improve. process conditions, maintain the stability of process and improve the yield;

• 提出并实现优化工艺条件等方法，提高生产效率，保证产能需求; Proposed and implemented the method to optimize thes process conditions, improve production and ensure capacity requirements；

• 协助设备工程师进行相关问题的调查; Assist equipment engineer to survey the relates issues;

• 负责新工艺、新材料的引进工作，提高工艺水平; Responsible for introduction of new process, new materials, in order to improve the process level;

• 负责设备选型的工艺性能、新设备调试，按时移交生产，满足产能需求; Responsible for process performance of equipment selection, new equipment commissioning, on-time transfer, in order to meet the capacity requirements;

• 优化作业条件等方法，不断降低成本; Through Second Source, optimize the method of operating conditions, continue to reduce costs;;

• 优化生产现场布局，负责产线布局规划; Optimizing manufacturing site layout, lead production line layout plan;

• 评审工程变更申请的可行性并根据工程变更命令，通知并指导生产线采取应有行动以符合工程变更要求; Audit the engineering change, and according to the change request, lead the manufacturing to product as request;

• Complete other task assigned by manager.完成上级交代的其他任务。

理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:

• 教育背景/Education: 机械相关专业本科学历以上Bachelor Degree above in Mechanical or related.

• 经验/ Experience: 至少3年以上同等岗位经验，汽车行业优先Minimum 3years experience in an manufacturing industrial engineering process, automotive is preferred .

技术和能力/ Skills and competencies:

工厂变更和BOM知识 ECR,M-BOM knowledge 良好 Skill

FMEA、模具、VAVE、工厂布局知识 Know well about tooling, VA/VE ,layout 良好Skill

Catia /PDM/UG 软件使用 Good Catia /PDM/UG skill 良好Skill

流程管理能力 Process Management Capablity 良好Skill
