负责木材类胶粘剂和公司其他产品的业务开发和现有业务维护,提升市场占有率和销售额。Responsible for business development and maintenance of wood adhesives and other company products, and increase market shares and sales.
岗位工作职责Job Responsibilities Description:
1、负责开拓新客户、极跟进订单和客户货款。Responsible for developing new customers, closely following up on orders and customer payments.
2、负责开拓新产品在区域内的应用与推广,负责新应用领域的开发;Responsible for promoting new products in the region and developing new application fields.
3、定期出差拜访客户和参加展会,了解市场情况、竞争情况和客户新的需求。Regularly travel to visit customers and attend exhibitions to understand market conditions, competition, and new customer demands.
4、处理解决所负责区域内客户的投诉,并及时反馈给客户。Handle and resolve customer complaints in the responsible region and promptly feedback to customers.
5、完成年度销售预算和UVA预算;及时回款,并按公司要求控制OD;Complete the annual sales budget and UVA budget; collect payments on time and control OD as required by the company.
6、每月按时提交销售预测计划与月底工作汇总报告。Submit sales forecast plans and monthly work summary reports on time.
7、收集同行业的市场情况;Collect market information of the same industry.
8、完成上司布置的其他工作。Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
任职资格Job qualification:
1、大学本科及以上Bachelor's degree or above
2、木材加工类、材料科学专业Wood processing, Materials Science
3、5年以上销售相关经验Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in sales
4、精通胶合板生产行业、应用产品类型信息;熟悉销售技巧和商务礼仪;了解产业链相关知识。Proficient in information about the production and application types of wood-based panels; familiar with sales techniques and business etiquette; understanding of the knowledge
5、良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力,学习能力强,抗压能力强,能长期出差 Competencies: Good teamwork spirit and communication skills; strong learning ability; strong stress resistance; able to travel long-term.
6、英语沟通能力良好,通过英语四级优先考虑、熟悉各种办公软件
Good English communication skills, CET-4 or above preferred; Computer Skills: Proficient in various office software.
