职责Job Description
1、 Support XMAL Supplier Development process.
全面负责徐州美驰供应商开发过程
2、 Evaluation of suppliers – conduct audits (QSE, Special process, PSO, etc.) as required. Develop improvement plans with supplier to address audit findings.
供应商审核及评估，负责质量体系审核、特殊过程审核和过程验收等， 并针对每个过程的不符合项制定改进计划，并跟踪计划实施。
3、 Support Technical review Meetings, follow and review PPAP submissions, according APQP to develop new part and development of launch containment plans as required.
支持技术交流会、跟踪并核对PPAP的提交，按APQP开发零件，制定项目改进计划。
4、 Achieve year-over-year reduced SPPM/0Km/warranty (supplier related) goal.
完成质量改进项目，确保SPPM/供应商相关客户投诉（0km/三包）目标逐年降低。
5、 新产品在未PPAP批准之前的围堵、偏差，问题的解决。Containment/variance apply for new parts that not passed the PPAP approved, and solve the quality issue.

技能Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
机械专业本科及以上
Over 4 years in Quality / or Engineering activities preferred. Experienced in related manufacturing processes (casting/Gear/HT/forging, professional one of them )。
四年以上机械行业技术或质量相关经验，熟悉铸造/锻造/齿轮及热处理等相关工艺过程。
IATF 16949 internal audit experience, familiar to PPAP and APQP. Experienced in Structured Problem Solving (8D), Quality Tools (Fishbone Diagrams ect.) and Error Proofing
IATF 16949内审经验，熟悉PPAP和APQP，具备质量问题分析改进，质量工具的使用经验。

Communication with internal and external personnel.

Good oral and written English skill
