1.System Development and Customization
系统开发与定制
- Collaborate with business departments to gather and analyze functional requirements, and actively participate in the design, module development, and secondary customization of the ERP system.
对接业务部门需求,参与ERP系统功能设计、模块开发与二次开发。
- Take responsibility for developing system interfaces, customizing data reporting functionalities, and implementing business process logic through coding.
负责系统接口开发、数据报表定制及业务流程的代码实现。
- Work closely with ERP vendors to support system upgrades, functional expansions, and seamless integration with third-party applications.
协同ERP供应商团队完成系统升级、功能扩展及第三方系统集成。
2.System Implementation and Deployment
系统实施与部署
- Lead or contribute to the deployment of new ERP systems, system upgrades, and data migration initiatives, including the development of comprehensive implementation plans and execution strategies.
主导或参与ERP系统的新建、升级、迁移等项目实施,制定实施计划与方案。
- Configure system parameters, security settings, and master data to ensure alignment with defined business processes and operational requirements.
配置系统参数、权限体系及基础数据,确保系统符合业务流程要求。
3.System Maintenance and Operations
系统维护与运维
- Monitor the operational performance of the ERP system, promptly resolve daily incidents, data anomalies, and user-related issues.
监控ERP系统运行状态,处理日常故障、异常数据及用户操作问题。
- Perform regular system data backups and security audits to ensure system stability, reliability, and data integrity.
定期备份系统数据,执行安全巡检,保障系统稳定性与数据安全。
- Manage user accounts, role-based access permissions, and workflow configurations to enhance system efficiency and compliance.
管理用户账号、权限分配及流程调整,优化系统性能。
4.Business Process Support and Optimization
业务流程支持与优化
- Gain in-depth understanding of business operations and drive process standardization and efficiency improvements through effective utilization of the ERP system.
深入理解业务需求,通过ERP系统推动业务流程标准化与效率提升。
- Analyze system usage patterns and performance bottlenecks, propose data-driven optimization recommendations, and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
分析系统使用问题,提出优化建议,并推动改进措施落地。
5.Documentation and Training
文档管理与培训
- Develop and maintain system user manuals, technical documentation, and IT governance standards.
编写系统操作手册、技术文档及管理规范。
- Organize and deliver training sessions and user support programs to strengthen cross-departmental capabilities in ERP system utilization.
组织用户培训与指导,提升各部门系统应用能力。
6.Collaboration and Communication
协作与沟通
- Maintain proactive communication with internal business units, IT teams across PENTANOVA Group companies, and external technology partners to ensure system alignment with strategic business objectives.
与业务部门、奔腾瑞马集团各公司的IT团队及供应商保持密切沟通,确保系统与业务目标一致。
- Participate in enterprise IT planning activities and provide expert-level technical insights and recommendations in the domain of ERP systems.
参与IT相关规划,提供ERP系统领域的技术建议。
Job Qualifications
任职资格要求
- With more than 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and development;
具有3年以上ERP实施和开发经验;
- Proficient in Java;
精通java语言;
- Proficient in frameworks such as Spring, Spring MVC, and Mybatis;
熟练Spring、Spring MVC、Mybatis等框架;
- Proficient in the features and application experience of the Spring Boot framework;
熟练掌握Spring Boot框架特性及应用经验;
- Proficient in using various development tools such as IDEA, STS, Maven, and Git;
熟练使用IDEA、STS、Maven、Git等各类开发工具;
- With product awareness, be good at communication, be proactive, be goal-oriented, understand the priority of related tasks in work, and have good learning ability and teamwork ability;
有产品意识,善于沟通,积极主动,能够以目标为导向,理解工作中相关任务的处理优先级关系,有良好的学习能力和团队协作能力;
- With experience in microservice development are preferred;
有微服务开发经验者优先;
- English can be used as a working language.
英语可以作为工作语言。
