Responsibilities 工作职责

订单处理：处理海外订单，跟进生产、发货及回款，处理异常情况。

Order Processing: Check and verify orders, follow up on production, shipment and payment collection, and coordinate solutions to abnormalities during order execution.​

船务操作：协助订舱、报关、报检，跟进货物运输全流程，对接船公司、货代处理运输问题。

Shipping Operations: Assist in booking, customs/inspection declaration, follow up the entire shipping process, and coordinate with shipping companies/freight forwarders to resolve transportation issues.​

单证处理：制作、审核、归档进出口相关单证，确保信息准确合规。​

Documentation Processing: Prepare, verify and file import/export documents to ensure accurate and compliant information.​

客户对接：与海外客户日常沟通，响应订单、单证及物流相关咨询，维护客户关系。​

Customer Coordination: Conduct daily communication with overseas customers, respond to inquiries about orders, documents and logistics, and maintain customer relationships.​

About you 你需要具有以下特质

College degree or above, majoring in international trade, logistics management, Business English or related fields is preferred.

大专及以上学历，国际贸易、物流管理、商务英语等相关专业优先考虑；

1-2 years of relevant work experience. Particularly in shipping operations and document processing are preferred.

1-2年相关工作经验，有船务操作、单证处理相关经验者优先；

CET-4 or above, with good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Capable of handling basic communication independently

英语四级及以上，具备良好的听说读写能力，能独立完成简单的客户沟通

Proficient in Office Software.
