Loss Adjuster | Casualty

1. Job description

(1) Handling general liability claims instructed by Insurance companies, including but not limited to public liability, product liability etc.

(2) Communication via phone, emails with Insurance companies, Insured, third parties.

(3) Need to do on-site inspections for some cases.

(4) Search for claim documents, write English and Chinese Adjuster reports.

(5) Training and Instructions will be provided by our company, including sophisticated support services.

2. Basic Requirements

(1) Insurance, Law, Economics, Finance, Medicines related majors

(2) The ones with more than 1-2years experience will get priority

(3) Bachelor degree or above

(4) Good English skills in listening, speaking and writing

(5) Delegate to work, good at communication, good execution, work efficiently, be able to work with high pressure, accept irregular business trips

(6) Location: Shanghai

3. Salary: RMB 8,000 – 15,000

公估师|责任险（理赔）

1. 职位描述

（1） 处理保险公司或企业委托的责任险理赔案件，包括但不限于公众责任险、产品责任险、产品召回等；

（2）与保险公司、被保险人、第三方通过电话、邮件等通讯形式保持顺畅的沟通；

（3）针对部分案件，需前往现场开展查勘工作；

（4）查阅理赔资料，撰写中英文公估报告；

（5）公司会提供全面的工作培训和指导，以及完善的后勤支持服务。

2. 职位要求

（1）保险、法律、经济、金融、医学、机械、建筑等相关专业；

（2）一至两年以上保险或法律或鉴定检验从业人员优先；

（3）有财产损失类案件处理经验优先；

（4）本科或以上学历；

（5）具有良好的英文听说与写作能力；

（6）工作勤勉，擅长沟通，执行力强，做事高效，可适应一定强度的工作压力，接受不定期出差；

（7）工作地点：上海。

3.薪资范围：8000-15000元/月
