E-commerce officer
Responsibilities:
• Together with respective business line and service line to secure orders from internal & external customers end-to-end
• Drive order management process (automation, optimization)
• Monitor Financial and Sales performance, provide KPI analysis, and prepare business relevant reporting
• Manage orders to make sure all operation in line with company guidelines and finance standards
• Handle commercial topics, e.g. online contract, online quotation, new portfolio launch preparation from E-commerce commercial side
• Coordinate with customer and internal colleagues about logistics and delivery issues; handle after-sales service / complaints from online customers
• Coordinate and manage vendor to provide higher quality service for us (service staff and order specialist)
• Other tasks assigned by superior
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, finance, accounting or related areas;
• Have experience with sales business administration tasks
• Good communication skills to understand requirements from internal & external
• Customer orientation and service attitude
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, strong ability to work under pressure
• Good SAP and office software knowledge is preferred
• Fluent English in reading and writing
• With sense of Internet, love E-commerce business, with experience of handling online customer service and order is preferred
