Key Responsibilities:
Follow the company calendar to accomplish the tasks on time;
02Follow up color TNA chart every new collection for lab dips and trims;
02Develop only personalized new trims as per Brazil fashion team’s demand;
Use the company system to create and register new personalized trims;
Work closely with designers to get approval for the handloom, strike-off, or any other material chosen by the Brazil Team thru color cards;
Follow up with garments suppliers to receive materials for approval (fabric swatches, lab-dips, buttons, zippers, etc);
Follow with designers and merchandisers from Brazil Team to clarify eventual doubts on tech-packs, recaps, TNA chart, e-mails;
02Create the color map for main colors for each collection to ensure color uniformity.
Check lab-dips by comparing to Pantone book and any other color standards under light box and send comments to suppliers;
Send approved lab-dips with Cia. Hering chop mark to suppliers and BV for inspection use;
Keep the color TNA Chart update every day;02
Share TNA chart with Brazil team every week;
Summarize weekly information regarding colors, trims, and any visible issues that might affect the delivery schedule for the Brazil team;
Lead the weekly follow-up meetings with the headquarters' designers to resolve all doubts in all styles;
Integrate with new colleagues at the headquarters and the Shanghai office about the company's development history and international sourcing processes;
Guide new suppliers to ensure compliance with the company's standards;02
Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and Brazil design team;
Evaluate suppliers’ performance at the end of each collection;
Prospect new suppliers and nominate them for eventual new kinds of trims;
Ask for new development catalog from nominated trim suppliers for the coming collections;02
Work on KPI evaluation at the end of every collection.02
Proactively anticipate and address issues, providing problem-solving assistance as needed.
Work on market research in every season;
Follow up all the proto sample for HERING WOMEN division, check with TPs to see if the proto sample is ok;
Check if the fabric quality from supplier is same as our standard;02
Choose the suitable fabric for HERING WOMEN proto samples;
Visit suppliers and attend product fairs for sample picking and fabric sourcing;
Follow up all the sample pickings and fabric sourcing from suppliers and Brazil teathe coming collections;
