Essential work functions
岗位职责：
1.Design & optimize the process incl. cycle time, labor condition, material & machine utilization, etc.,
设计并优化工艺过程：循环时间、劳动条件、原料使用率及设备效率等
2.Problem solving related to production process.
生产过程中问题的解决
3.Adjusting & optimize process parameters to ensure the stability of the process and increase rate of conforming parts
能够调整并优化工艺参数保证过程稳定性，提高合格品率
4.Make working plan and fill out or update technical data.编制工作计划，填写或更新技术数据
Responsible for training PE & IE technician to promote personnel skill and ability.
负责培训工艺工程师和工艺员以提升人员技能和能力
5.Supervise PE to make and optimize PFMEA, FC and process layout for production on time.
监控工艺工程师按时完成制作和优化PFMEA, FC和工艺布局
6.Manufacturing process development incl. Parameter setting for new part, process flow design etc.,
工艺开发，如新产品参数设置，工艺流程设计等
7. Management documents and store injection setting card in computer and machine.
文件管理
8.Supervise or make rework WI and standard work time. Define standard work time and main parameter for each part.
监控或编制返修操作指导书和返修标准工时卡，定义产品标准工时卡和主参数
9.Supervise or checking if MFG operator implement according to WI.
监控或检查生产操作者是否按生产操作指导书执行
10.Personnel management & organization.
部门人员的安排和组织

Requirements
任职资格
1.At least three years working experience in plastic injection molding/plant or chemical industry.
3年以上注塑/工厂或化工行业工作经验。
2.Have experience of adjusting injection parameter at least two years,Experience of manipulator arm.
至少两年以上注塑参数调整经验及机械手经验。
3.Use of PC and general programs (as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Auto cad)
熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook、Auto cad等办公软件。
4. Knowledge of quality management system in general and ISO/TS 16949 /14001esp. (QMS, TS).

熟悉16949等审核。

5.Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
掌握APQP等。
