 Provides advanced level of input concerning assigned scope of work. The Application & Service Operation analyst is the day-to-day service integrator (end-to-end) to ensure applications landscapes remain compliant.
 Drives Incident/Problem resolution by assisting in key operational activities in terms of delivery, fixes, and supportability with operations staff and/suppliers.
 Ensures regulatory and compliance controls are embedded in landscape operations and assists with evidence collection.
 Assists with supportability and transition activities of enhancements and project solutions. This support includes analysing and understanding business functional and non-functional requirements for supportability impact, as well as assessing implications of landscape changes and reviewing for enhancement and continuous improvement opportunities.
 Builds knowledge of relevant information risks and regulatory requirements.
What we need from you?
 Has frequent exposure to / interaction with business IT managers and business users/leaders.
 Works independently under minimal managerial supervision. Delivers the work as assigned, applying the work procedures, frameworks, guidance provided for those tasks where there are limited precedents available.
 Has an excellent grounding in IT infrastructure solutions, architecture and operations, particularly in the network space. They will also show strong knowledge in related areas such as IT Service Management & Integration Support and in the Develop & Manage Suppliers area.
 Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin Chinese at native level and fluency in English.
 Bachelor and above degree education
 Strong resilience and collaboration abilities to work efficiently across teams
 At least 3 years relevant work experience
