Duties & Responsibilities
●Ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment in the workshop under one's responsibility.
●Be responsible for the data analysis of the causes of machine and equipment failures in the workshop and propose improvement measures.
●Be responsible for formulating the systematic maintenance content and plans for the machines and equipment in the assigned workshop, and organizing their implementation.
●Be responsible for guiding the maintenance of faults of the assigned machine equipment.
●Be responsible for the performance and safety improvement of the machine equipment in the designated area.
●Submit regular work content reports in a timely manner and promptly address issues identified through feedback from the workshop and inspections.
●Be responsible for the movement, installation, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment in the area.
●Be responsible for formulating the SOP for the use and maintenance of regional machinery and equipment, and training relevant operators.
●Be responsible for formulating the safety stock of regional responsibility machine parts and the requisition and acceptance of spare parts.

Qualification & Requirements
●Majoring in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or related automatic control, with over 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
●Be capable of independently solving problems existing in on-site workshop equipment.
●Proficient in mechanical drawing and electrical schematic diagrams of equipment, and capable of designing and drawing simple control schematic diagrams for equipment.
●Proficient in using relevant basic computer software such as WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint to explain problems, report work, and present achievements.
●Be familiar with the relevant management requirements of ISO9000 and 5S.
●Be serious in work, have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
