● Work with PLM, Sales and customers to discuss, change and finalize the structure and specification of New FSI, support the provide technical support to customers

● Work with QA team to support customer audit on FSI related products

● Work with PLM and Planners to decide work order share of FSI based on the capacity, cost, quality in internal and CM plants

● Work with PE, CM to develop and verify new product and introduce to mass production.

● Convert external requirements to internal drawing and SPEC, transfer the drawing and SPEC to CM plants

Requirements

● Master in Engineering required, major in Optics, Mechanical, Electronics and Information Engineering etc.

● 3+ years of working experience in Optical communications/Electronics Manufacturing (or related) industry. The working experience in FSI related or product Engineering work experience is preferred.

●Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

●Experienced in passive device and passive module relative Product & Process, Yield improvement and Cost Reduction.

●Capacity of understanding and operating optical theory tools like MathCAD and Zemax to infer hypothesis based on experiments phenomenon and data.

●Capacity of coordinating with multi-functions, such as Quality, Production, R&D, SCM, SQE, Planner etc. to drive project forward.
