Job Summary:
职位概述：
The Materials Manager will be responsible for all and Direct and Non-Direct materials purchasing, materials planning, materials control, materials strategy, and all materials project initiatives. Also cover the logistics purchasing and arrangement . This position is also a key enabler of lean and continuous improvement in the plant. In addition, this position is accountable for materials department indirect labor productivity. Key performance indicators for this position are inventory turns, on-time shipping to requested date and/or order fill rate.
物料经理将全面负责直接与间接物料采购、物料计划、物料管控、物料战略制定及所有物料项目推进工作，同时涵盖物流采购与协调安排。该职位是推动工厂精益生产与持续改进的关键角色，并承担物料部门间接人工生产率的考核责任。该职位的核心绩效指标包括：库存周转率、按时交付率及订单完成率。
Principal Responsibilities:
主要职责：
 Primary point of responsibility for materials management for the site.
作为现场物料管理的首要责任人。
 Ensures optimization of all materials management activities including scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, materials movement, supplier performance measurement, and indirect materials management.
确保所有物料管理活动优化实施，包括排程、采购、库存控制、物料调拨、供应商绩效评估及间接物料管理。
 Responsible for the implementation, support and compliance of the Materials and SIOP standard work playbook processes and systems to facilitate the fulfillment process from production planning to material procurement and warehousing, through product shipment.
负责物料与销售及投资计划（SIOP）标准工作手册流程及系统的实施、支持与合规管理，推动从生产计划到物料采购、仓储直至产品发货的全流程履约。
 Facilitates interaction with Sourcing, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing and Quality Assurance in support of the business’s strategic goals.
针对表现欠佳的关键流程和/或物料供应商制定并推动改进措施。
 Develop and drive countermeasures for underperforming key processes and/or material suppliers.
在人员选拔、培养和评估方面发挥领导作用，确保物料职能的高效运作及运营目标的达成。
 Provide leadership in selecting, developing and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of materials functions and operating goals and objectives.

 Manage suppliers, materials and inventory in a manner consistent with the requirements of a Lean Six-Sigma manufacturing environment

 Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating and delegating

 Organize activities & assigning jobs accordingly to the staff requirements.

 Provide required support to Global Procurement Commodity Leaders as needed during supplier selection process.

 Promote APICS certification within the facility

 Develop and implement a professional development program for materials personnel.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering discipline (MBA desirable).
工商管理或工程学学士学位（MBA优先）
 APICS Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) required or hiring commitment to obtain in first 18 months of employment.
必须持有APICS生产与库存管理认证（CPIM），或承诺入职后18个月内考取
 A minimum of 5 years of experience in the integrated functions of materials management in a manufacturing environment that has embraced lean concepts, MRP manufacturing practices, and progressive supplier relationships.
在采用精益理念、MRP生产实践及先进供应商关系的制造环境中，具备至少5年物料管理综合职能经验。
 A minimum of 3 years in managerial experience focusing on standardizing planning & execution, reducing sourcing complexity, and talent development.
拥有至少3年管理经验，专注于标准化计划与执行、降低采购复杂性及人才培养。
 Experience in operations, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes.
具备运营管理、库存管理、MRP及精益制造流程经验。
 Experience with visual management systems.
