任务和责任 Tasks and Responsibilities
• 收集和分析工厂设备投资需求，编制技术可行性报告，供管理层决策参考。
Collecting and analyzing factory equipment investment needs and preparing technical feasibility reports for management decision-making reference.
• 跟踪投资计划执行进度，定期汇报成本与工期偏差，提出调整建议。
Tracking the progress of investment plan execution, regularly reporting cost and schedule deviations, and propose adjustment recommendations.
• 参与新设备/产线的设计、安装与调试，协调内部团队与外部供应商确保技术规范达标。
Participating in the design, installation, and commissioning of new equipment/production lines, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to ensure technical specifications are met.
• 制定设备布局方案，优化生产流程和空间利用率。
Developing equipment layout plans to optimize production processes and space utilization.
• 定义设备运行参数，推动设备升级以提升效率、安全及环保指标,确保符合工艺工程部的技术规范要求。
Defining equipment operating parameters, promote equipment upgrades to improve efficiency, safety, and environmental performance, and ensure compliance with the technical specifications of the Process Engineering Department.
• 配合采购部门评估战略供应商的技术能力，参与设备采购的技术条款审核。
Supporting the procurement department in evaluating the technical capabilities of strategic suppliers and participating in the review of technical terms for equipment procurement.
• 定期评估设备状态，识别技术老化风险并提出更新/改造建议。
Regularly assess equipment conditions, identify risks of technical obsolescence, and propose renewal/retrofit recommendations.
• 为生产部门提供设备操作与维护的技术培训，解决现场突发技术问题。
Provide technical training on equipment operation and maintenance to production teams and resolve on-site technical issues.
• 分析效率损失原因，制定设备层面的改进措施。
Analyze efficiency losses causes and develop equipment-level improvement measures.
• 编制设备技术文档（操作手册、维护规程等），归档项目验收资料。
Prepare technical documentation for equipment (operation manuals, maintenance procedures, etc.) and archive project acceptance materials.
• 其他领导安排的工作。
Other tasks assigned by leadership.
资质要求 Qualification
1.本科学历，机械/电气/自动化等相关专业
Bachelor in mechanics or other engineering or equivalent
2.至少3年以上制造业经验，钢铁行业经验优先 Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry, steel industry is preferable
3.英语口语流利 Fluency in spoken English
4.有技术项目管理经验优先Technical project managing experiences preferred
