ADAS/AD Validation & Homologation Test Support
1. Support to handover test & homologation vehicles, check and record vehicle status, log I-Step relevant files. And after test, vehicle recover / reset is mandatory.
2. Support for parts logistics, HW upgrading, basic software flashing & commissioning, daily maintenance of the vehicles for target status and I-Step. Ordering test vehicle rework for necessary HW upgrading.
3. Support to multiply/duplicate environment set-up, like cabling making, measurement equipment changing, adapter reworking for test vehicles before testing for different projects.
4. Support to check hardware and software versions which should be strictly matched with the identical released I-Step number.
5. Support to drive test vehicle with 500km--1000km to meet testing requirement for each I-Step. The main task for supplier is to record the data and test results.
6. Follow the BBA accident processing flow. No matter driving in BBA or external testing, outsourcing supplier should comply with BBA confidentiality rules, Chinese government regulations and testing procedures.
7. Support to work on ADAS/AD benchmarking, activities and driving.
8. Support to analyze and summarize the ADAS/AD contents to BBA internal colleagues regarding GB/GBT requirement.
Deliverables:
1. All handover test & homologation vehicles should be recorded in the official documents. And make the vehicle recover / reset to the original / next status, after tests finish.
2. Ensure the readiness of the platforms before testing (Parts Logistic issues, HW changing and SW flashing). Coordinate workshop activities when HW upgrading and record the check items (Vehicle safety, measurement equipment…).
3. The measurement environment should be set up separately for each different models (based on different vehicle derivative). These tools will be provided by BBT-E-42, like ViGEM, Vector boxes and so on. Overview of the changing / reworking (Measurement tools usage list) should be recorded and a clear list of upgrading history is mandatory. The list is not only for the parts checking, but also for the work process checking.
4. All ECUs in test vehicles should have correct SW-Version according to SAB list and Entry Card based on each I-Step planning. Update the history of activity documentations (e.g. LoP list, Flash tool excel list and problem list) for the vehicle projects in BBA defined folders (Flashing history, future issues like tire change, HW changes, open issues and so on). Vehicle requires 0 problem.
5. During the road test, supplier colleague should make sure that all trace of test vehicles has been successfully recorded by the measurement tools. Record the testing results, summarize and report to internal colleagues.
6. 100% follow test process. If there is any question or confusion for suppliers, they should ask internal colleagues or interface of homologation support team immediately. For camouflaged vehicles, the corresponding processing is carried out according to the BBA camouflage level. Comply with the confidentiality requirements of BBA test vehicle.
7. Log and summarize the process or results of ADAS/AD benchmarking vehicles, then report to the internal colleagues.
8. Suppliers support to create testcases according to the latest GB/GBT requirements with internal colleagues.
