岗位职责

· 协助管理启创中心的社交媒体平台，包括独立完成每周不少于一次的微信服务号发布，每周不少于两次的各个社交平台（小红书，领英，Ins）内容产出及更新;

· 启创中心官网的维护；

· 启创中心视觉营销物料的准备，包括平面及视频材料；

· 启创中心线上线下活动的前期准备及活动现场执行；

· 参与协助启创中心的内外联工作。

Job Responsibilities

· Assist in managing the social media platforms of Qi
Social Innovation Center, including independently completing no fewer than one
WeChat Official Account post per week, and creating and updating content on
various social platforms (Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, *********) no fewer than twice
per week;

· Maintain the official website of Qi Social
Innovation Center;

· Prepare visual marketing materials for Qi Social
Innovation Center, including graphic and video content;

· Support pre-event preparation and on-site execution
of online and offline events hosted by Qi Social Innovation Center;

· Assist in the internal and external liaison work of
Qi Social Innovation Center.

岗位要求

· 本科或研究生在校学生，专业为营销，传媒，工商管理，计算机或ESG等。

· 对社会创新价值观有认同感并充满热情。

· 具备良好的文字功底，具备一定的视频创造能力及平面视觉设计能力。

· 熟悉新媒体运营，包括微信公众号，视频号，*********,领英，网站等。

· 具备良好的中英文沟通能力，责任心强，执行力高，踏实认真。

· 能够保证六个月的实习期，每周现场工作不少于3天。

Qualifications

· Current students of under or post graduates,
major in marketing, communication, business management, IT or ESG.

·Share the value of social innovation.

· Excellent abilities in article
writing, video producing and graphic designing.

· Knowhow of social media operation.

· Fluent in English and Chinese with
good communication skill, sense of responsibility.

· Can guarantee 6-month internship
(from mid Oct 2024 till mid Apr 2025) with 3 on-site working days/week
