岗位职责Duties/Responsibility
1、积极配合上级的工作安排，按照注塑生产计划开展生产；
Actively cooperate with the work arrangement of the superior, and carry out production according to the injection molding production plan;
2、确保标准生产工艺及作业指导书的贯彻执行，严格执行工序内检验规程；
Ensure the implementation of the standard production process and operation instructions, and strictly implement the in-process inspection procedures;
3、注塑生产异常的处理、报告与记录；
Processing, reporting and recording abnormal injection molding production;
5、认真审核各项生产报表、记录，确保数据的准确、真实；
Carefully review the production reports and records to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the data;
6、完成各项生产目标，负责本班次的生产安全；
Achieve various production targets, responsible for the production safety of the shift;
7、配合质量部的要求积极改善产品品质并执行相关防范措施；
Cooperate with the requirements of Quality department to actively improve product quality and implement relevant preventive measures;
8、积极推动“6S”工作；Actively promote the work of "6S";
9、领导安排的其它事项。Other matters arranged by the leader.
任职要求Education/Special Skill Requirements
1、 高中以上学历；
High school degree or above.
2、注塑调机经验5年以上，精通海天、震雄等国内外注塑设备的调机，熟悉凯利特机械手的调机和保养；
More than 5 years of experience in injection molding, proficient in the adjustment of injection molding equipment at home and abroad, such as Haitian, Zhenxiong, familiar with the adjustment and maintenance of Kelit manipulator;
3、了解注塑模具，熟悉PA\ POM材料、有两年以上注塑领班经验；
understand injection mold, familiar with PA\ POM material, more than two years of injection molding foreman experience;
4、精通注塑机上下模，能对模具进行日常维护；
Proficient in the upper and lower molds of injection molding machine, capable of daily maintenance of molds;
5、工作积极有效，有上进心，有责任感，有自己的工作思路，善于沟通和解决难题；Active and effective in work, self-motivated, responsible, with my own working ideas, good at communication and solving problems;
6、良好的团队合作精神Good team work spirit
