Forming tooling production process optimization, analyze and improve the production process to enhance efficiency and quality.

Introduction of new technologies and methods to optimize production lines.

Forming tooling fabrication feasibility analysis work.
成型工装制作可行性分析工作。
Production planning and scheduling, manage empty and track the production schedule to ensure that the production tasks are completed on time.
生产计划和调度，管空和追踪生产计划，确保按时完成生产任务。
Communicate across departments and coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth production.
跨部门沟通，协调各部门，确保生产顺利进行。
Safety management, develop and implement safety procedures to ensure employee safety, regularly inspect safety hazards and lead improvements.

Improvement of molding tooling one-time pass rate and steady improvement of work.
成型工装一次通过率改善，稳步提升工作。
Project management, participating in the planning and implementation of new projects to ensure timely completion.
项目管理，参与新项目的规划和实施，确保按时完成。
Verify the forming tooling according to the product requirements and repair the problem points that do not meet the requirements.
成型工装外协供应商管理。包含订单管理和质量管理工作。
Molding tooling outsourcing supplier management. Includes order management and quality management.
成型工装车间辅料管理，包含购买和日常管控。
Comply with the company
s information security management regulations, confidentiality of the company
s information, do not disclose, to ensure the security of information.

To cooperate with the company

任职要求:
College degree or above.
大专以上学历。
Ability to read maps independently
独立识图能力。
Higher hands-on skills.
较高的动手能力。
Some basic knowledge of 3D software.
有一定的3D软件基础。
Three or more years of experience in a manufacturing company.
三年以上生产制造企业经验。
Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision..
能够在最少的监督下完成任务。
