Key Responsibilities主要职责：
1.Obtain demand forecasts and order information from sales and customers, and analyze data rationality

2.Medium- and long-term forecasts are provided to support capacity planning and allocation in the production sector
提供中长期预测用于支持生产部门的产能规划和分配
3.According to customer needs, combined with internal production capacity and material supply to develop a reasonable production plan
根据客户需求,结合内部产能及物料供应情况制定合理的生产计划
4.Weekly release of production plans and tracking of output compliance rates
周度进行生产计划的释放并跟踪产出符合率
5.Order raw materials according to the material requirements plan and track the arrival status
根据材料需求计划订购原材料并跟踪到货状态
6.Respond quickly to customers
urgent needs and ensure delivery (internal and external communication and coordination, escalation if necessary)
对客户的紧急需求快速响应并确保交付 (内外部沟通协调，必要时升级处理)
7.Arrange shipments to customers in a timely manner and conduct monthly reconciliation
及时给客户安排发货,并进行月度对账
8.Closely control the inventory at a reasonable level, and take timely measures to avoid slowing and sluggishness
密切控制库存在合理水平，及时采取措施避免慢动和呆滞
9.Confirmation, release and tracking of sample orders
样件订单的确认、下达和跟踪

12.Handle declarations for imported materials and equipment to ensure compliance

13.Update and maintain the BOI project information to ensure the accuracy of the data

14.Handle BOI privilege write-off and tax exemption and tax refund declaration to ensure the company
s compliance operations
处理BOI特权核销和免税退税申报工作，确保公司合规运营
15.Coordinate the company
s related import and export affairs, including import and export declarations and customs clearance of goods
协调公司相关的进出口事务，包括货物的进出口申报和清关工作
16.Other work arranged by superiors

任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above, logistics related professional background is preferred
本科及以上学历，物流相关专业背景优先
2.More than 3 years of experience in logistics planning, 3 years or more of BOI related work experience
3年以上物流计划工作经验, 3年及以上BOI相关工作经验
3.Familiar with Thailand
s BOI regulations and customs import and export business operations
熟悉泰国BOI法规及海关进出口业务操作
4.Fluent in spoken and written English/Thai/Chinese
流利的英语/泰语/中文口语和书面表达能力
5.Good communication and coordination skills, as well as emergency response skills
良好的沟通和协调能力，以及紧急情况应对能力
6.Good skills in data analysis, SAP application and other office software applications
良好的数据分析，SAP应用及其他办公软件应用技能
