岗位职责:
Define patent planning according to product development strategy by working closely with R&D, marketing and sales
Monitor patent activities of competitors and output analysis report to support internal development
Monitor team patent creation and lead patent review according to planning
Responsible for patent maintenance including patent application, assessment and communication with patent agency
Organize regular training about patent drafting, patent database and so on
Support infringement analysis and lawsuit with patent agency
Responsible for the workflow of patent management
Collect new requirements about Hi-tech company or other government policy
Lead RD project activities regarding Hi-tech company application
Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time

任职要求:
Bachelor or above degree with Mechanical, automotive or engineering related background
Minimum 3 years R&D working experience in automotive industry
Fluent in English and proficient in cross-cultural communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrate strategic thinking approach and service attitude
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Strong negotiation skills, able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Excellent analytical, mathematical and creative problem-solving skills
本科或以上学历，机械、汽车或工程相关背景
至少3年汽车行业研发工作经验
英语流利，精通跨文化沟通技巧
能够管理多个优先级
展示战略思维方法和服务态度
在没有正式授权的情况下，有能力影响跨职能团队
