3.0KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Value stream analysis ability to identify the current situation to define future improvements.
Support and monitor the TPM, SMED, Pull System activities in production area
Improve and support to improve the production flow and material flow in production area
Organize lean workshops, such as cost saving projects, ergonomics and continuous improvement activities
Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time

任职要求:
4.0REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree and major in Industrial Engineering or related
3+ years IE, lean production or excellent operation job experience
Solid IE and lean knowledge
Component in MS Office, and data handing and report ability
Automation, digitalization experiences are preferred
CAD or Visio is preferred, and English speaking and written capability
Good communication skills.
