Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee technical consulting for stage machinery projects, including conceptual design development and civil engineering coordination.

2. Lead the preparation of technical proposals, drawings, and documentation for bidding processes.

3. Coordinate and manage technical meetings and presentations during project initiation phases.

4. Drive standardization and optimization of technical workflows, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

5. Responsible for managing technical communication and coordination in English for assigned overseas machinery projects.

Qualifications:

1. CET-6 certification or higher required. Proficient in English oral and listening communication, with demonstrated ability to interpret technical documentation such as mechanical design literature, technical manuals, and industry standards. Must possess a thorough understanding of specialized terminology and technical specifications in the field.

2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

3. Minimum three years of specialized experience in stage machinery design, or five years in general mechanical design, with proven ability to independently manage full-cycle equipment design. International project exposure is preferred.

4. Advanced proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), Microsoft Office Suite, and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit).
