Key Responsibilities

- Can work independently to develop new acrylics and PU dispersions based on market unmet needs.

- Work closely with Germany R&D to trouble-shooting for production and line trial.

- Modify the existing product to fit for China market

- Can deep diving in application through good communication with application lab and commercial team,which can help to transfer the application know-how to design a new product.

- Can work in Germany in short period

主要职责

- 研发新的聚合物分散体，以满足应用及市场需求；

- 与德国研发团队紧密协作，对现有的聚合物分散体提供生产故障排除、工艺改进等相关支持；

- 优化现有的聚合物分散体，使其适应中国与市场的使用；

- 通过与应用实验室及销售团队的良好沟通，深入挖掘产品应用场景，主导开展研发项目并实现项目产品化；

- 能接受短期赴德工作安排。

Requirements

- Education: Master degree or Doctor degree in Polymer Science or related chemistry；

- Experience: Ideally 1 to 5 years work experience；

- Technical Skills: Strong chemical lab operations background, polymer synthesis is a plus；

- Soft Skills: Highly dynamic and pro-active personality，innovative and creative thinking.

- Strong English ability, fluency in listening, speaking, reading and writing required for professional use.

任职要求：

- 硕士及以上学历，高分子化学及相关专业；

- 1- 5年相关工作经验；

- 具备水性分散体开发的实验室经验，具备丙烯酸分散体和聚氨酯分散体开发经验优先；

- 工作积极主动，有强烈的自我驱动力与上进心，有创造性思维；

- 有较强的英语口语和书写能力。
