任职要求：

Job Qualifications：

1. 专科及以上学历；College degree or above;

1. 电气、机械、安全、冶金工程等相关专业，具有国家注册安全工程师等资格证书者优先；Electrical, mechanical, safety, metallurgical engineering and other

related majors, with national registered safety engineer and other
qualification certificates are preferred;

1. 有3年以上的相关工作经验；More than 3 years of relevant work experience;

1. 熟悉工业安全、环保、消防、职卫管理知识及相关法律法规知识并向主管部门沟通有关HSE等事宜;Familiar with industrial safety, environmental protection, fire protection, occupational health management knowledge and related laws and regulations, and communicate with the competent authorities about HSE and other matters;

1. 能够独立进行安全评估和隐患控制技术指导；Be able to independently conduct safety assessment and technical guidance on potential danger control;

1. 可英语交流日常工作;Able to communicate daily work in English;

1. 具有较强的沟通、组织协调能力；有团队意识，责任心强；

Strong communication, organization and coordination skills; Have a sense of teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility;

岗位职责：Job Responsibilities

1. 负责制度、流程建设；参与安全操作规程，指导书等文件建立；Responsible for the construction of systems and processes;Participate in the establishment of safety operation procedures, guidance books and other documents;

1. 负责HSE相关管理体系的建立及认证；Responsible for the establishment and certification of HSE-related management systems;

1. 遵照国家和政府监管部门法律法规组织隐患排查并跟踪改善结果；In accordance with the laws and regulations of the national and Governmentregulatory departments, organize the investigation of potential danger and track improvement results;

1. 负责工程施工安全管理工作;Responsible for the safety management of engineering construction;

1. 组织员工的定期培训及参与应急演练的实施；Organize regular training for employees and participate in emergency drills;

1. 完善、更新HSE内外部文件;Improve and update HSE internal and external documents
