任职要求：

² Educational Degree ：Mechanical Engineering教育程度：机械工程类

² Foreign Language ：English (Required), German or Japanese a plus外语要求：英语四级（必须）以上

² Computer Skills：MS Office, Catia, MS Project电脑能力：MS Office, Catia, MS Project

² Others: Familiar with the requirements of the quality system TS16949, QS9000, 其他：熟悉质量体系TS16949，QS9000，

² 3+ years Product engineering experience in Automotive trim development, 三年以上汽车内饰开发领域产品工程经验

² Knowledge of A / B Surface design, ergonomics, vehicle design and manufacture, hydraulic / electrical, etc掌握A/B面设计，人体工程学，车辆设计和制造，水力/电气等。

² Have a comprehensive understanding and mastering of the functional requirements of the relevant products and the products structure对相关产品和产品结构的功能性要求有综合的理解和掌握。

² Understanding of CAE simulation technology and testing design了解CAE模拟技术和实验设计

² Familiar with the trim material characteristics and process technology熟悉内饰材料特性和工艺技术

² Understand GD&T process during program phase. 了解GD&T

² CAM and basic knowledge of measuring. CAM和测量基础知识

² Knowledge and application of problem solving and quality tools like DFA/DFM, VA/VE, DFMEA and Six Sigma. 了解并能运用问题解决办法，质量工具，如DFA/DFM, VA/VE, DFMEA and Six Sigma
