岗位职责：

² 促进所有项目领域之间的良好的沟通和控制

Facilitate good communication and control between all areas

Take the lead in a fast-moving, dynamic and team-oriented environment and willing and able to respond creatively to meet challenges and accomplish team goals.

² 如有需求,有能力进行国内及国外的出差

Able to travel as required on Company business both within China and overseas

² 工作具有自主性,以及显著的自制能力

Must be able to work as a self starter and be comfortable with significant levels of autonomy and responsibility

² 依照目前的项目开发进度，每隔一段时间向领导层进行汇报

Report back to management on a timely basis about current program status

任职要求：

² 大学学位或工程领域的文凭（制造或机械专业优先）

University degree or college diploma in the field of engineering (Mfg or Mechanical preferred)

² 1年以上在内饰公司工作经验（1级供应商最佳）

1+ years direct work experience in an interior trim company (preferably a tier 1 supplier

² 外语能力：英语流利（必备）

Foreign Language ：English (Required) is fluent.

有大众或者红旗项目管理经验，尤其是蔚来项目最佳。
