Responsibilities

1,负责机器人区域焊接生产，确保焊接质量满足工艺要求。

Responsible for welding production in the robot area, ensuring that welding quality meets process requirements.

2,机器人焊接工艺优化，提高机器人焊接质量和生产效率。

Optimize the robotic welding process to improve the quality and efficiency of robotic welding.

3,负责处理机器人焊接过程中出现的技术问题。

Responsible for handling technical problems that arise during the robot welding process.

4,负责机器人区域人员管理，对操作人员进行机器人焊接方面的培训和指导。

Responsible for personnel management in the robot area, and providing training and guidance to operators on robot welding.

5,上级安排的其他工作。Other tasks arranged by supervisor.

Technical Requirements

1,本科及以上学历；焊接、机械、自动化等相关专业；

Bachelor's degree or above;Major in welding, mechanical engineering, automation, or related fields;

2, 3年以上机器人焊接相关工作经验；

Minimum 3 years of experience in robotic welding.

3,熟悉机器人焊接系统（新松和川崎），能处理机器人与变位机的信号交互及常见故障；具备多品牌（如ABB、FANUC）机器人经验者优先；

Familiar with robotic welding systems (Siasun and Kawasaki), able to handle signal interaction and common faults between robots and positioners; experience with multiple robot brands (such as ABB and FANUC) is preferred.

4,熟悉机器人焊接工艺，掌握熔焊调试技巧，能独立解决气保焊焊接过程中的焊接问题； Familiar with robotic welding processes, mastering fusion welding debugging techniques, and able to independently solve welding problems in the gas shielded welding process;

5,掌握常用三维CAD软件的基本操作，熟悉Delfoi 离线编程软件；

Master the basic operations of commonly used 3D CAD software and be familiar with Delfoi offline programming software;

6,具备快速学习新技术的能力，能适应挑战性工作环境。

Possesses the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapts to challenging work environments.
